Rod Drury is the founder and CEO of Xero, a leading international cloud accounting solution for small business.

Rod was 2013 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year, NZ Herald Business Leader of the Year in 2012, member of the NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame, NZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2007, World Class New Zealander for ICT in 2008, and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of IT Professionals NZ.

Sankar Narayan is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer ​and is responsible for driving operational outcomes and revenue globally. He has previously held several senior management roles including the CFO roles at ​Virgin Australia, ​Fairfax Media and Foxtel.
 

Sankar has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is an FCPA (Australia). He also holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York.

Tony is the Chief Product, Platform and Data Officer, his areas of responsibility cover all aspects of product development and product operations including the cloud platform, security and availability, all the internal systems and automations and maximising the value Xero gets from its data assets through advanced analytics and insights, and value added customer experiences.

 

Before Xero, Tony was Founder and CEO of Intergen, a specialised Microsoft systems integrator, which he grew from start-up to over 400 staff in 3 countries. He remains actively involved in the technology start-up scene with companies such as PartsTrader, CricHQ, Aptimize and Signal Corporation.

 

Tony is Associate Chartered Accountant and an experienced business manager with hands on experience in Financial Management, HR, Sales & Marketing and technology leadership.

Leading the Partner teams globally, Anna spearheads product management, development, design, and marketing to bring more exciting Xero features to partners and customers. Anna also heads our global teams working on Xero HQ and Ecosystem, including the Xero App Marketplace, where 500+ apps live to better serve small businesses.
 

Before starting with Xero as Managing Director for New Zealand, Anna led Internet Banking at ASB and Digital First at Spark, and brings a deep experience of online financial services and operations to Xero.

Rachael Powell is the Chief People Officer and is responsible for Xero’s People Experience function globally. She has previously held positions in talent management, strategy, business development and marketing across online and technology businesses. Passionate about nurturing talent, Rachael believes in strength-based leadership and positive engagement programs to effectively mobilise the business strategy and support sustainable growth. She has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor in Business (Accounting and Marketing) and is completing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology.

Prior to Xero, Kirsty was a partner at PwC New Zealand focusing on helping small businesses achieve their goals and also led PwC’s regional cloud strategy. Passionate about providing excellent financial services, Kirsty’s strategic, technology and finance experience is the perfect fit for Xero’s next stage of growth.

Graham has more than 25 years of finance experience in the software and SaaS industry. He was previously Executive Vice President of Finance at Salesforce, after seven years as its Chief Financial Officer. He has held executive positions at Advent Software, Vitria Technology, Nuance Communications and Oracle. Graham also serves on the Board of Directors at Splunk, MINDBODY, BlackLine and Citrix.

He was also previously Executive Vice President and General Manager of HP’s $27 billion Enterprise Group. Lee Hatton is the CEO of UBank and Executive General Manager of Direct Banking at National Australia Bank (NAB). With more than two decades in the financial services industry, Lee has a breadth of experience. In her current roles, Lee oversees more than 3,000 people within NAB’s Direct business and leads UBank, a digital only bank that is introducing new innovation to the financial services industry. Lee started her career as a graduate at Westpac Banking Corporation in New Zealand, and subsequently held a number of roles across the UK, the US and Australia. Lee is also currently an Executive Director of the NAB Venture Fund.

Craig co-founded Australian small business accounting software provider MYOB in 1991. Craig built MYOB to be a popular business tool and brand which, in 2004, merged with Solution 6 to become Australia’s largest IT company. Craig joined Xero's board and became a substantial shareholder in 2009. He now spends the bulk of his time working in the philanthropic sector.

Craig Elliott is an advisor and Director to companies in the New Zealand tech community. He was the co-founder and CEO of Pertino Networks, a cloud networking software company based in Silicon Valley. Craig was also previously CEO at Packeteer and had 10 years’ experience in senior product, marketing and GM roles at Apple. He is also a strategic advisor at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.

Susan is a member of the New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal, was a past Ministerial Appointee to The National Advisory Council for the Employment of Women and has also been a long-serving member of the Board of IHC.
