The Xero Asia Awards 2026 external judges
This year, our panel of external judges comprises members from our Xero Partner Advisory Council (XPAC) in Malaysia.
These XPAC team members are passionate bookkeepers or accountants who both challenge and champion the needs of the industry and Xeroʼs partners. They are a core part of the Xero ecosystem, playing a crucial role as a consultative group of industry experts who provide real-time, real-life feedback, as well as mentoring of other Xero partners, with the aim of creating better Xero experiences and industry outcomes together.

The two-step judging process
The judges of this year’s Xero Awards bring a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the selection process, and our two-step judging process guarantees that applications receive the attention and consideration they deserve.
Step 1
All nominations are initially reviewed by a panel of internal judges, which is composed of Xero sales and marketing leaders with a deep understanding of the industry and the partner community. They score each application and put forward their finalist recommendations to the external judging panel.
Step 2
The final judging is done by external industry specialists. These judges independently score the finalists selected by the internal judges. The finalist scores are then aggregated and the winner will be awarded based on the top score(s).
