Xero Asia Awards 2024: Award categories and criteria
Here are the categories and eligibility requirements for this year’s Xero Asia Awards.
Under each award category, you’ll find full entry criteria which will help you determine the category you are eligible to apply for. Each award is based on your achievements in the last 12 months, from 1 July 2023 to 14 June 2024. Entries close on Friday 14 June 2024 at 23:59 SGT. Terms and conditions apply.

Asia app partner award
Accounting Partner of the Year awards
The three awards, for small, medium, and large practices, recognise Xero accounting partners based in Asia who have shown commitment to leading the way with Xero and have achieved significant success.
Small Accounting Partner of the Year
For this award, your practice must have from 1 to 5 full-time equivalent employees, which includes outsourced employees if it’s a stable team of people.
Medium Accounting Partner of the Year
For this award, your practice must have from 6 to 15 full-time equivalent employees, which includes outsourced employees if it’s a stable team of people.
Large Accounting Partner of the Year
For this award, your practice must have 16 or more full-time equivalent employees, which includes outsourced employees if it’s a stable team of people.
Other eligibility requirements
To be eligible for or the small, medium or large accounting partner award, your practice must:
- be an existing Xero partner based in Asia (that is, you must have an active partner account with Xero and positive partner points)
- base your entry on your achievements in the 12 months from 1 July 2023 to 14 June 2024
- be using Xero’s practice products
- be nominated in only one award category: either the Small, Medium, or Large Accounting Partner of the Year award
Advisory Partner of the Year
This award recognises a Xero accounting or bookkeeping partner who has excelled in making a difference in the lives of their small business clients. This includes moving them to the cloud, offering business advice, training, community events and/or recommending and offering services supporting apps that integrate with Xero.
Eligibility requirements
Your practice must:
- be an existing Xero partner based in Asia (that is, they have an active and positive points partner account with Xero)
- base your entry on your achievements in the 12 months from 1 July 2023 to 14 June 2024
- be using Xero’s practice products
App Partner of the Year
This award recognises an app partner present in Asia with a proven track record of growth with Xero’s customers and/or accounting and bookkeeping partners. They provide a fantastic user experience and have a world-class engagement programme.
Eligibility requirements
- The app must be live in Xero’s App Store and have launched before 1 June 2023
- The app developer must have a physical (office) presence in Asia
- Your entry must be based on your achievements in the 12 months from 1 July 2023 to 14 June 2024
