Xero and Xeinadin partner to drive better outcomes for small businesses through technology
Xeinadin aims to create a more digitally-enabled advisor and client base, with Xero as one of its preferred platforms
London — 3 September, 2024 — Xero, the global small business platform, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Xeinadin to bring the power of cloud accounting to more Xeinadin advisors and their clients.
Xeinadin is a business advisory and accountancy firm with more than 135 offices and 2,000 employees, and is one of the top 20 largest accountancy firms in the UK and Ireland.
As part of the strategic partnership, Xero will help Xeinadin to create a more digitally-enabled advisor and client base, through technology and training. Xero’s platform and insights will enable Xeinadin advisors to deliver data-driven business advisory to their clients.
Kate Hayward, UK Country Manager, Xero said: “Xeinadin is a fast-growing and innovative business that we’ve been working with since 2020. We’re now taking our partnership to the next level, building on our shared progress and helping Xeinadin gain maximum value from their digital transformation journey. The beauty of this partnership is that we can support Xeinadin nationally through a dedicated project team, and locally where our regional consultants can provide hands-on support to meet each office’s needs, enabling them to deliver a local service to their clients.”
As part of the Xeinadin Learning Pathways training programme, Xero will help to deliver bespoke training to all Xeinadin Cloud Champions on the benefits of cloud accounting to them and their small business clients. The Cloud Champions will be instrumental in supporting their colleagues to offer enhanced advisory services to Xeinadin’s clients.
“Since completing the pilot project in 2023, our teams have worked closely to refine the digitisation rollout plan to ensure Xeinadin gains efficiencies from using the latest technology to deliver enhanced service and support for their clients. In the last few weeks we have undertaken three digital implementation training sessions across Xeinadin offices in London, East Midlands and the South East, that were tailored to each office’s client base and unique challenges,” adds Hayward.
Neil Ballard, Chief Operating Officer at Xeinadin added “Xero’s small business-focused solutions complement our advisory approach, enabling us to deliver an excellent experience for our clients. We continuously talk to small-to-medium- sized businesses to understand the behaviours, pain points and needs of UK and Irish businesses. Our recently commissioned research emphasised the importance of financial partners, with 85% of SMEs using an accountant, and one in ten speaking to their accountant at least five times per month. This collaboration with Xero will empower and improve the working relationship between Xeinadin and small business owners through technology and is another step in the right direction.”
