The following HSBC bank accounts are eligible for HSBC-Xero bank feed set-up via HSBC Business Internet Banking:
- Business Integrated Account – HKD Current, HKD Savings and Foreign Currency Statement Savings. Other account types within a Business Integrated Account will not be supported.

No, there is no additional cost for setting up bank feeds from HSBC to Xero.
Your HSBC business bank transactions will start flowing into Xero within 48 hours of authorisation.
Your HSBC bank transactions from the previous day will appear in Xero the next morning.
If you already have an existing HSBC-Xero bank feed connection, no further action is needed - your bank updates will continue to appear in Xero as usual.
If you set up your HSBC-Xero bank feed through:
Paper form: You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request for your bank feed connection to be cancelled.
HSBC Business Internet Banking: You can cancel your bank feed by going to ‘Manage Bank Feed’ in your internet banking account.
