What should I wear to Xero Singapore Roadshow?

The conference is smart casual. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the best experience on the show floor!

Can I claim any CPD hours if I attend Xero Singapore Roadshow?

Yes, we are happy to provide a certificate of attendance for Xero Singapore Roadshow which can earn you up to 2.0 CPD hours, subject to approval of your awarding member body.

If I can’t attend Xero Singapore Roadshow in-person, can I tune in to Roadshow online?

Given the current circumstances with Covid-19, we understand that not everyone may be ready for in-person events. While we do have a virtual experience for Xero Roadshow Asia, the online contents are not unique to Singapore. We strongly encourage you to join us at Xero Singapore Roadshow, or you can find out what went on in our post-event wrap.

What is the cancellation policy?

While Xero Singapore Roadshow is free to attend, we cater food and beverage for all our guests and also set a maximum capacity for the venue. We would appreciate as a courtesy to the organiser and other guests that you cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it for the event. You can do so via the Modify Registration link featured in your initial event confirmation email.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend the event?

Based on the latest government rules in Singapore, for MICE events with more than 500 participants, all participants must be fully vaccinated.

An individual is considered fully vaccinated when he/she:

(a) Received the full regimen of a WHO EUL vaccine. An individual is considered fully vaccinated for up to 270 days after the last dose of the primary vaccination status.

(b) Within the 180-day exemption period after recovery from Covid-19.

Do I have to wear a mask at the event?

All participants must remain masked, unless they are consuming F&B or taking a photo. They must promptly put their masks back on thereafter.
