About XPAC

Through open discussions, industry insights and actionable feedback, XPAC members seek to make a difference to Irish Xero partners, small businesses and their communities.

Members of XPAC are bookkeepers or accountants who both challenge and champion the needs of the sector. The XPAC team is a core part of the Xero ecosystem, playing a crucial role as a consultative group of industry experts who provide real-time, real-life feedback on behalf of the industry to drive meaningful change.

With over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry and a passion for innovative financial solutions, Allan Egan is delighted to serve as a member of the Xero Partner Advisory Council.

His journey with Xero began 6 years ago when he set up his own business and was looking for an accounting software that would align with how he wanted to run a modern cloud accounting business. Looking ahead, he is dedicated to leveraging his role within the Advisory Council to drive positive change, foster innovation, and propel the accounting profession forward in tandem with Xero's evolution.

Allan is truly excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and is committed to continuing this journey with Xero, playing a leading role in the future of accounting.

Larissa is the CEO and Founder of Accountant Online, a multi-award-winning online accountancy firm that specialises in delivering a complete suite of finance and business services to startups and SMEs across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. Larissa proudly dedicates her time to overseeing the growth of her digital-first company and giving back to the local community by contributing to numerous entrepreneurial programmes and boards that help to empower ambitious businesses.

Accountant Online is proudly Xero’s Irish Partner of the Year 2021, 2022, and 2023 and the largest Xero Partner in Ireland. As a remote firm, Larissa is a pioneer for digital transformation in the finance and business industry and speaks passionately about the importance in managing client expectations in this digital era.

Established over 40 years ago, Wicklow’s Kelly Accountants is a true family firm. Aoife Kelly joined in 2007, becoming a partner alongside her dad John and mum Anne in 2012. Today, with her parents now retired, Aoife heads up a team of six in-house staff.

Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer is a director in the Azets Ireland business services outsourcing team.

She is responsible for managing a team of professionals who specialise in providing accounting and outsourcing services to clients across a wide range of sectors. Jennifer and her team provide clients with reliable accounting services, including bookkeeping, the production of periodic management reports, statutory financial statements, VAT and RCT compliance and part-time CFO services.

Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in providing outsourcing services to a diverse range of clients ranging from multinational and corporate clients to start-ups, not-for-profit entities and owner-managed businesses. She specialises in outsourced cloud accounting and aims to streamline and automate her clients’ finances so their time can be spent focusing on their core business. She has been working closely with Xero for several years and is delighted to have the opportunity to join the XPAC.

XPAC members are not shy in their opinions; they challenge Xero and their colleagues to take ownership and solve problems as a team.
