About us
I almost exclusively work with the hospitality sector. I have over 10 years experience as a head chef/ front of house manager running anything from £1500 per week wet les pubs to £70k per week restaurants. I have a cap on the amount of clients that I take on to ensure that everyone deals with me and not an answer machine. I come to you- not the other way round- no business manager in the hospo sector wants to visit their accountant behind a big shiny desk (your day is long enough).
