Learning objectives

Your Xero HQ role and staff permissions will determine what you can see and do in Xero HQ.

There are two roles, the Standard and the Administrator. This course will focus on the permissions of a standard user and familiarize you with the functionality of Xero HQ for that role.

Course outline

    • Customize the Activity feed
    • Use the Client list to view client details and log notes
    • Utilize Explorer tab to get client insights
    • Gather information from clients in one place with Ask
    • View info in the Practice overview
