How you’ll make an impact…
We’re looking for an amazing inside sales leader than can create a strategy and implement across a large and constantly growing hyper growth organisation. Working alongside the Director of Partner Sales, the Head of Inside Sales (Partner) is responsible for leading the Partner Team Managers that lead our Inside Sales Account Managers and is responsible for helping them to achieve their sales targets and ensuring we deliver a world-class experience to our partners.
Drawing on strong experience and proven, dynamic sales leadership the Head of Inside Sales (Partner) carries responsibility for a significant proportion of Xero UK’s business, whilst driving constant improvement and delivery on strategic and tactical priorities.
You will be responsible for developing strategic plans with your management team that enable our account managers to achieve their targets as well as overall people management of your team including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of your direct team and also supporting your team to do the same with their direct reports.
What you’ll bring
You will have at least 5 years’ sales leadership experience and a background in running successful inside sales teams with strong tactical selling and sales team leadership skills with experience in all aspects of people management within your team including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team.
With your own proven sales performance and drive for results you will have good awareness of key activities and competencies that lead to successful inside sales and the ability to develop and manage territory plans that facilitate your team to achieve its targets.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a determination to succeed and a passion and desire to make a difference are key and any knowledge of Xero or the day to day operation of an Accounting Firm would be a real advantage.This role offers a base salary of £70,000 - £80,000 plus commission.
