Through Numbersmiths I help early stage businesses to grow by providing virtual CFO services. I am also experienced at board level whether as Company Secretary, NXD or Chairman.

I complement the service provided by your other advisers and fill in the gaps, whether this is bookeeping, meaningful management accounts and advice, helping your accountants prepare the year end accounts & tax, designing and implementing a share option scheme for your staff or preparing projections whether cash only to give some forward visibility, or full multi-year projections for rasinging capital. If things aren't going well I can help you to develop a plan to recover, act as a sounding board or give you longer term mentoring. Let's talk!
