How does it work with Xero?
Quickly import all your orders from Shopify into Xero. This eliminates manual data entry and greatly reduces the risk of error.
- Either create a Shopify store or install Xero on your existing Shopify store.
- Plug in your Xero credentials, and you’ll be automatically prompted to select your Xero account.
How do you sync it with Xero?
In the Shopify settings, you can choose which Xero account you'd like each type of data to be placed in. If you use Shopify Payments, you can also select an option to track your credit card fees in a separate account.

All things start with a beginning. We've been happy to just have the option to do this and not have to go outside to yet another service to get something done. We worked through their earlier issues and for what we do it gets the job done. Could their be deeper integration, reporting, etc. Sure. Does it save you a boatload of time and another nickle and time from a 3rd party service? Yea-yuh!
The service is clean and UI is nice and simple/intuitive. I look forward to integrating the Xero app into my accounting more as I attempt to migrate from Quickbooks.
