Events and tickets

What’s included in the Xerocon ticket price?

A Xerocon ticket includes the two-day conference on August 14 and 15, 2024, and the Xerocon wrap party on the evening of Thursday, August 15.

Can a ticket be split between more than one person over the two days?

We don’t offer split tickets since Xerocon is designed as a two-day experience.

Can we pay in installments?

Unfortunately not. Tickets must be paid by credit card in full at the time of purchase unless you’re purchasing 10 or more, in which case you can choose to pay by invoice.

Can we pay by invoice?

We’ll process 10 or more tickets by invoice. Payment terms are seven days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. If you wish to pay by invoice, please email xerocon.americas@xero.com

What social functions are there?

The Xerocon wrap party is on Thursday, August 15th, 2024. Entrance to the wrap party is included in your ticket price.

Additional side events may be hosted by app partners and exhibitors. Keep an eye out as they announce these closer to the event.

Can I bring a guest to the wrap party?

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate Xerocon Nashville ticket holders at the wrap party.

If I can’t attend in person, can I still tune into Xerocon Nashville online?

Though we aren’t having a virtual option for Xerocon Nashville, we do have plans for future community events across the country where we'll make some of the bigger announcements more widely available. Your partner representative is also a great resource to help summarize content presented at Xerocon.

What are the event terms and conditions?

What if I can’t attend Xerocon? Can I get a refund?

Please advise us by email at xerocon.americas@xero.com if you can’t attend Xerocon. A full refund, less a US$50 administration fee, will be made via the original payment method, to the party who originally paid the registration fee, if we’re notified by email at least 21 business days prior to the event.

I’ve booked my travel. Will you reimburse me for the cost to change my flights?

Xero won’t reimburse Xerocon attendees for hotels, flights or other travel-related expenses. Speak with your airline and hotel about their change and cancellation policies.

What are the preferred hotels? Does Xero offer a room block?

We currently have 250 rooms available for delegates to book at the following hotels:

AC Hotel Nashville Downtown: Last day to book is Friday, July 12, 2024

Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center: Last day to book is Friday, July 12, 2024 or until sold out

SpringHill Suites Nashville Downtown/Convention Center: Last day to book is Wednesday, July 10, 2024 or until sold out

Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown: Last day to book is Friday, July 12, 2024 or until all the rooms in the Xerocon block booking are filled.

Hilton Nashville Downtown: Last day to book is Friday, July 23, 2024 or until all the rooms in the Xerocon block booking are filled.

The room block rates are available at all three hotels for stays between August 13, 2024 and August 16, 2024 or until sold out

How can I get to the Xerocon entrance at the Music City Center in Nashville?

Pedestrian directions

The Xerocon Nashville entrance doors are at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Demonbreun Street.

Driving directions

Please see the driving directions to the Music City Center on their website.

Parking

A covered parking garage at the Music City Center, with 24-hour security, is open to the public and to Music City Center guests.

The parking garage is located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street.

Cancellations and transfers

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Please advise us by email on xerocon.americas@xero.com if you can’t attend Xerocon. A full refund, less a US$50 administration fee, will be made via the original payment method, to the party who originally paid the registration fee, if we’re notified by email at least 21 business days prior to the event.

All payments and refunds for the event will be processed by Stripe. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and accept Stripe’s terms of use. Please note that a currency conversion fee may apply to your payment. Refunds for the event may not include currency conversion fees that applied to the original transaction.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Tickets can be transferred up to seven days before the event. Please email xerocon.americas@xero.com to organize this.
