Customer Support Analyst - Full time or Part time (Wellington)

As part of the Customer Care Team you will respond and help customers (mainly via email) who have questions about Xero or requests.
You will develop an intimate knowledge of Xero and in turn provide valuable input for further development of the service and the Help Centre which supports it.
