Jina manages the firm's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team, responsible for developing & implementing GT’s firm-wide D&I strategy.  In her role, she partners with firm leaders and collaborates across business lines to create, promote and implement D&I action plans, initiatives and programs.  She works as an internal consultant across the firm in support of efforts to cultivate an inclusive culture, which ultimately benefits clients and drives firm business. Before joining GT, Jina was Principal Consultant at Etienne Partners, a boutique consulting firm she co-founded with her husband. She is an author and speaker on diversity, inclusion & culture, small firm operations, practice management and tax ethics. Formerly President & CEO, National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.
