What if I can’t attend Xero Roadshow? Can I get a refund?

Please advise us by email at roadshow.americas@xero.com if you registered for a Roadshow and can no longer attend. A full refund (less a $25 USD administration fee) will be made via the original payment method and to the party who originally paid the registration fee, if we’re notified by email at least 14 business days prior to the event.

I’ve booked my travel. Will you reimburse me for the cost to change my flights?

No, Xero will not reimburse roadshow attendees for hotels, flights or other travel-related expenses. Speak with your airline and hotel about their change and cancellation policies.

Events and tickets

What’s included in the Xero Roadshow ticket price?

A Roadshow ticket allows access to the event starting at 10:00am and includes access to the cocktail reception ending at 7:00pm. By attending Roadshow you’ll be eligible to receive up to four CPE points.

How many CPE points can I receive by attending Roadshow?

Up to four CPE credits are available to those who attend Roadshow.

Can we pay in installments?

Unfortunately not. All tickets must be paid by credit card in full at the time of purchase.

Can we pay by invoice?

We’ll process 10 or more tickets by invoice. Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Please email roadshow.americas@xero.com if you wish to pay by invoice.

What social functions are there?

The cocktail reception starts at 5:00pm and ends at 7:00pm at each roadshow. Access to the cocktail party is included in your Roadshow ticket price.

Can I bring a guest to the cocktail party?

Unfortunately due to safety measures, only people who purchase tickets to the roadshow events can attend the cocktail reception.

If I can’t attend in person, can I still tune into Roadshow content online?

The Xero roadshows are events you have to be at in person to experience, we understand that not everyone may be able to travel to events. Though we won’t have a virtual option for Xero Roadshow, we will be hosting additional ways to connect with you and our wider Xero community throughout 2024.

Cancellations and transfers

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

A: Unfortunately not. Please email roadshow.americas@xero.com and we’ll cancel your registration in line with our cancellation policy.

How do I get to each of the roadshow venues?

Directions shared below on how to get to each of the 3 Roadshow venues.

Houston, TX (Roadshow venue: The Thompson Hotel)

• The Thompson Hotel is located at 3800 Waugh Drive, Houston, TX 77006. The Houston Roadshow is taking place in the Vesper Ballroom inside The Thompson hotel. To access the Vesper Ballroom enter the lobby and take the elevators to the second floor.

Chicago, IL (Roadshow venue: Convene: Willis Tower)

Is there parking at the Roadshow venues?

Yes, parking will be available at all three of our Roadshow venues. Information will be shared prior to the events on where to park.

Houston, TX (Roadshow venue: The Thompson)

• Complimentary valet parking will be available upon arrival at The Thompson Houston. Let the valet attendant know you’re here for “Xero Roadshow”

Chicago, IL (Roadshow venue: Convene: Willis Tower)
