Xero is beautiful accounting software, providing accountants, bookkeepers and small businesses real time access to their business information, online, anytime, anywhere.
We're seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to start in May 2014 who can use their accounting or bookkeeping experience to provide email support to Xero customers all over the world.
We're looking for passionate, energetic and experienced accountants and bookkeepers but if you're an accounting graduate with work experience, we'd also love to hear from you.
You'll be patient, great at problem solving and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills! In short, we're looking for people who know what it means to provide world-class customer service.
Our ideal candidate is:
- A fast learner, familiar and comfortable with technology and keen to become a Xero expert
- Someone with proven experience in accounting and/or small business bookkeeping
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and ideally with experience in small business accounting systems
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Flexible and able to self-manage
- Takes pride in resolving tricky customer queries
- Good humoured, positive and upbeat.
We have a range of full-time hours on offer between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday in our Parnell Office.
