Right now we are looking for a Senior Technical In-house Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role isn't for the faint hearted, we need someone who thrives on working at a fast pace and is able to take ownership and make this role their own. Working closely with the existing Recruitment Consultants, on a day to day basis this role will be responsible for maintaining specific vacancies, responding to candidate queries, conducting reference checks, scheduling interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies and providing any other recruitment administration support required by the business.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently with a high level of initiative but will enjoy working within a supportive team. You will have at least three years internal recruitment experience, ideally within the IT/Software industry sourcing Designers, Developers and Quality Assurance candidates.
