You'll be (nearly) one of a kind - you're going to be one of our first Senior Billing Support Specialists in Xero! Join our growing Customer Experience team in Auckland, and make this role your own.
As a Senior Billing Specialist, you'll be providing support and guidance to the Billing team by handling customer escalations and managing aged receivables. This means you'll need to be a negotiator, who knows how to get positive results! As this role is dealing with customer queries via email and phone, we need you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You'll work with your peers and development teams to drive process improvements so you'll be full of ideas. Supporting the team and helping with staff training will also be involved.
Think you stand out from the rest? Here's what we're after:
- Experience in either contact centre, accounts receivable or credit collections
- A proven customer service background
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
- Disputes resolution experience / customer escalation experience
- A passion for numbers and a technical background (advantageous)
- An understanding of accounts and billing
- Experience with accounting packages, ticketing or sales systems would be ideal
