Capture, edit and submit expenses

Download the Xero Expenses mobile app and capture and submit expenses on the go. Edit expenses to add more information, change currency or split line items. Submit for approval, or if you are an approver, approve your own expense claims.

Approve and pay expenses

Approvers receive a notification on their mobile device when a claim has been submitted. They can edit, approve or decline the claim. Once approved, they can proceed to pay one or multiple expenses at once.
