Features include: Approved invoices in ServiceM8 sync to Xero for automatic reconciliation. Clients and items sync between ServiceM8 & Xero. Changes made in one account will update the other. Payments received against an approved invoice in ServiceM8 sync to Xero, and payments received in Xero sync back to ServiceM8. Staff leave in Xero syncs to ServiceM8’s schedule to show staff unavailability. Tax rates and income account codes are imported automatically from Xero.

In ServiceM8’s Online Dashboard, go to Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons > Xero Integration, and the integration wizard will step you through the process.
