What’s included in the ticket price?
A Xerocon ticket includes the two-day conference, the networking event on Wednesday 13 September and the Xerocon Block Party on Thursday 14 September.
*Xero Uni Day is not included and should be purchased separately.
Is there a group discount for tickets?
Yes. A discounted early bird rate is available for companies looking to bring 10 or more attendees. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase. Please note all attendees must be from the same company.
What social functions are there?
There’s a networking reception on Wednesday 13 September and the Xerocon Block Party on Thursday 14 September.
What should I wear to Xerocon?
The conference is smart casual. There’s quite a bit of space to cover so we recommend comfy shoes.
Where is Xero Uni Day?
Xero Uni Day will also be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Xerocon Block Party
Where and when is the Block Party?
The Xerocon Block Party will be held on Thursday 14 September at the Showtime event centre on South Wharf. The Party will kick off at 6.30pm and wrap up at midnight.
What is the dress code for the Block Party?
The dress code for the dinner is smart casual.
Can I bring someone to the Block Party?
Yes, you can add an additional ticket in the booking process for $120 (including GST). If you decide to add another ticket later, you can log in and modify your booking.
Earning points and credits
Can I claim any CPD hours if I attend Xerocon?
Yes, attendance at Xerocon can earn you credit for up to ten CPD hours. We are happy to provide a certificate of attendance on request. An additional five CPD hours are available if you attend Xero Uni Day.
What about partner points?
No, with the change to Partner Programme in November 2016, partner points will no longer be awarded for attending events.
What about Xero U Credits?
Yes, you’ll earn ten XU Credits for attending the two-day Xerocon event. An additional five XU Credits is available if you attend Xero Uni Day as well.
What do I need to bring to the conference?
Just yourself! You’re welcome to bring your devices (and chargers). We’ll have power points spotted around the venue so you can charge them.
Will there be free WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi will be available at the event.
Will there be somewhere to store my luggage at Xerocon?
Yes, we’ll direct you to the luggage storeroom on arrival.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We’ll provide a full refund (less AU$50 administration fee) to the original payment source if you notify firstname.lastname@example.org at least 15 working days prior to the event.
