To use the Wise-Xero integration, you will need: a Xero Premium Plan (with multi-currency), and a Wise for Business Account that's registered in Singapore. There is no additional cost to connect Wise with Xero.

When you connect your Wise and Xero accounts, only activity from the day you sync your balances will appear. If you have any Wise activity prior to when you connected your account (that’s not already in Xero), you’ll need to manually import those previous transactions. This will make sure your transactions in Xero and Wise accounts match.
