Rod Drury is the CEO and co-founder of Xero and serves on its Board of Directors. As the visionary behind Xero he has been acknowledged by his international peers through many technology and business awards, including 2013 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year, NZ Herald Business Leader of the Year in 2012, member of the NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame, NZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2007, World Class New Zealander for ICT in 2008, and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of IT Professionals NZ. Before starting Xero, Rod was involved in a number of successful startups including Context Connect, Glazier Systems and Aftermail.
We all know Magda the comedian; now, it’s time to introduce Magda the author. Magda is one of Australia’s most beloved actors, having graced our screens for many years as Sharon in the sitcom Kath and Kim. Tim Leberecht is a German-American author, entrepreneur, and consultant with 20 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles and is the author of the international bestseller, The Business Romantic: Give Everything, Quantify Nothing, and Create Something Greater Than Yourself . He is also the founder of The Business Romantic Society, a global collective of strategists, advertisers, curators, artists, developers, designers, researchers, and data scientists with the shared mission to bring beauty and enchantment to business. Tim is a prolific writer and presenter. His TED Talk ‘4 Ways to Build a Human Company in the Age of Machines’ has almost 2.5 million views.
Trent Innes has more than 18 years of experience growing and managing major businesses in the accounting and IT industries. Initially joining Xero as National Sales Director, Trent was appointed as Managing Director in 2016 to manage the company’s next phase of growth. Prior to Xero, Trent worked at Microsoft for six years as National Sales Manager of the Microsoft Business Group in Australia, managing company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) businesses. He started his career as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Trent’s experience includes business leadership, sales management, channel development, strategic planning and scaling software-as-a-service businesses.
Anna joined Xero in February 2016 as Managing Director for New Zealand, bringing a deep experience of online, financial services and operations. She has a strong passion for driving the success of New Zealanders and their businesses through technology. Formerly General Manager Internet Banking at ASB, Anna's leadership saw the launch of many digital world firsts across the Bank, including Virtual Branch, Facebook Payments and LikeLoan, along with awards recognising world class digital experiences. Her tenure at ASB also included leadership roles across Marketing, Innovation & Design, BankDirect, Contact Centre and Audit, and she was recognised globally as a Judge for the EFMA Innovation Awards over consecutive years. Most recently Anna was General Manager Digital First at Spark. She is a Capacity Partner with the Springboard Trust and is also an alumni from the Global Women 'Breakthrough Leaders' programme.
As Country Manager for New Zealand, Craig is a key member of the global sales leadership team, responsible for driving relationships with government, financial institutions, enterprise, and promoting the small business economy. Craig has been with Xero for several years, and returns to New Zealand from the United Kingdom, where he led Xero's entrance into Europe, the Middle East and South Africa markets.
Craig is a father of four and a successful former rugby player who spent more than eight years playing professionally in New Zealand, France, England, and Wales.

Marty Wilson is a TED Speaker and international expert on using humour as your secret weapon in business to increase resilience, retention and revenue. He brings over 25 years experience in information security, compliance and risk management to Xero, in the finance, law enforcement and professional services industries.
Steve Vamos has more than thirty years experience in the Information Technology and on line Media industry and has lived and worked in Australia, the USA and Asia.
Steve serves as a non-executive Director of Telstra (appointed September 2009) and Fletcher Building Limited (appointed July 2015). Steve also serves as a non-executive Director and advisor to a number of organisations that span start-ups and larger established organizations.
Steve is an Adjunct Professor and member of the Business School Advisory Board at the University of Technology Sydney.
Steve was the founder and President of the Society for Knowledge Economics (SKE), a not for profit think tank which operated from 2005 – 2014, to encourage and promote new and better leadership and management practices which enable innovation, productivity and sustainability.

Previously at Xero, Oliver served as head of product development for a number of Xero's products and has experience living and working across all of Xero markets.
Emma is our NZ Business Director, leading our NZ GTM Operations team. Emma started her accounting career with a global accounting firm before taking time out to deploy as a Military Police Officer to Southern Afghanistan as part of Operation Herrick. She has gained valuable accounting, commercial and operational experience over the last 10 years, both in the military and civilian world.
