As the visionary behind Xero he has been acknowledged by his international peers through many technology and business awards, including 2013 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year, NZ Herald Business Leader of the Year in 2012, member of the NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame, NZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2007, World Class New Zealander for ICT in 2008, and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of IT Professionals NZ. We all know Magda the comedian; now, it’s time to introduce Magda the author. Magda is one of Australia’s most beloved actors, having graced our screens for many years as Sharon in the sitcom Kath and Kim. Trent Innes has more than 18 years of experience growing and managing major businesses in the accounting and IT industries. Initially joining Xero as National Sales Director, Trent was appointed as Managing Director in 2016 to manage the company’s next phase of growth. Prior to Xero, Trent worked at Microsoft for six years as National Sales Manager of the Microsoft Business Group in Australia, managing company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) businesses. He started his career as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Trent’s experience includes business leadership, sales management, channel development, strategic planning and scaling software-as-a-service businesses.

Anna joined Xero in February 2016 as Managing Director for New Zealand, bringing a deep experience of online, financial services and operations. She has a strong passion for driving the success of New Zealanders and their businesses through technology. Formerly General Manager Internet Banking at ASB, Anna's leadership saw the launch of many digital world firsts across the Bank, including Virtual Branch, Facebook Payments and LikeLoan, along with awards recognising world class digital experiences. As Country Manager for New Zealand, Craig is a key member of the global sales leadership team, responsible for driving relationships with government, financial institutions, enterprise, and promoting the small business economy. Craig has been with Xero for several years, and returns to New Zealand from the United Kingdom, where he led Xero's entrance into Europe, the Middle East and South Africa markets.

Dr Adam Fraser has been an educator and researcher in the area of human performance for the last 18 years! Steve Vamos has more than thirty years experience in the Information Technology and on line Media industry and has lived and worked in Australia, the USA and Asia.

Andrew was the first, and only, public school kid from Frankston to be admitted into KPMG's cadetship program straight out of high school. After 6 years at KPMG and various positions at other ‘typical accounting firms’, Andrew started illumin8 at the age of 26.
