Rod Drury is the CEO and co-founder of Xero and serves on its Board of Directors. As the visionary behind Xero he has been acknowledged by his international peers through many technology and business awards, including 2013 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year, NZ Herald Business Leader of the Year in 2012, member of the NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame, NZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2007, World Class New Zealander for ICT in 2008, and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of IT Professionals NZ. Before starting Xero, Rod was involved in a number of successful startups including Context Connect, Glazier Systems and Aftermail.
Keri is President, Xero Americas. Before joining Xero, Keri served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Capital One’s Small Business banking segment, leading teams to support entrepreneurs and business banking clients in retail, digital banking and payments. Prior to Capital One, Keri also served in leadership at General Electric Financial Assurance. She holds a Master Black Belt, a Six Sigma accreditation from GE. Keri’s passion is helping unleash the power in others and helping entrepreneurs pursue their dreams.
Tim is the founder and CEO of Leberecht & Partners, a consulting firm that helps leaders and organizations with their vision, story and transformation. He is also the author of the international bestseller, “The Business Romantic: Give Everything, Quantify Nothing, and Create Something Greater Than Yourself”. And he’s the founder of The Business Romantic Society, a global collective of strategists, advertisers, curators, artists, developers, designers, researchers and data scientists with the shared mission to bring beauty and enchantment to business.
Anna is Xero’s Chief Partner Officer and brings a deep experience of online, financial services and operations. She has a strong passion for driving the success of New Zealanders and their businesses through technology. Formerly General Manager Internet Banking at ASB, Anna's leadership saw the launch of many digital world firsts across the Bank, including Virtual Branch, Facebook Payments and LikeLoan, along with awards recognizing world-class digital experiences.
Herman is the Vice President of Product and Partnerships at Xero. Previously, he led engineering and product management globally for Xero’s People Product Portfolio, which encompassed employee products including payroll and expense management. Herman spent 15 years at Microsoft where he worked across various divisions from enterprise to consumer spanning identity management, commerce and multimedia. Herman holds multiple patents for identity and distributed computing. Herman is a proven technical leader, executive and entrepreneur – passionate about finding great ideas and building beautiful products that matter.
Jina is a Principal Consultant with EtiennePartners, a boutique consulting firm in Silver Spring, MD. More recently, she was President & CEO of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA). Before joining NABA, Jina was Director – Taxation, Tax Ethics & Professional Standards, AICPA Tax Section at the AICPA. She has authored numerous articles on small firm practice management and taxation matters, and has been a regularly-featured speaker at conferences and webcasts on tax practice management and tax practitioner ethics.
Ryan is co-founder and principal of Upsourced Accounting, a tech-enabled accounting practice in Columbus, OH, and head of finance and operations for Ahalogy, a Cincinnati-based startup focused on content and influencer marketing for Fortune 500 marketers. Ryan is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in the fields of finance and accounting. Formerly, Ryan served as CEO of Sqrl – a SaaS tool, incubated out of Upsourced Accounting, that automated document collection for accounting firms.
Amy is Xero’s champion for accounting and bookkeeping professionals in the Americas and designs, builds and drives the growth of robust relationships in the Partner ecosystem for Xero. An accomplished business executive, serial entrepreneur, national speaker, CPA, CITP and CGMA, Amy is an advocate and evangelist for entrepreneurship, the accounting profession, and work-life harmony topics. Amy has been recognized as a Top 100 Most Influential Person by Accounting Today, named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting by CPA Practice Advisor, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Information Management Technology Assurance (IMTA) Executive Committee.
For the past 15 years David has had a passion for working with his small business clients and his team to develop a best in class accounting experience. Having had a passion for technology for the past 20 years his experience with small business owners and cloud based solutions have come together perfectly in his role as a Xero Ambassador. Nick is the founder, CEO and visionary of Bookkeeper360. He’s a self-professed technologist from birth. Nick also discovered his knack for accounting at a young age – as he reconciled the family business books and filed his first tax return at the age of 16. He then founded Bookkeeper360 with the goal of providing tech-savvy bookkeeping solutions for local businesses. He soon realized the potential of the cloud, partnered with Xero – and today, Bookkeeper360 is one of the largest 100% cloud-based bookkeeping solutions providers in the United States. Nick constantly researches for new software suites and integrations that allow his clients, their businesses and the BK360 team to work smarter.
Treva is Xero’s Education Specialist. She put her Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University to quick use at a Fortune 100 company. Then she realized that she loved the theory more than the practice, and decided to teach accounting instead. She earned a Master’s in Adult Education, again from Oklahoma State, and has taught at the post-secondary level. She then turned to training in the accounting software industry. Today, she loves helping people learn more about her favorite accounting software by creating and presenting Xero’s educational content.
