How you’ll make an impact

We’re looking for an amazing inside sales manager who will be responsible for leading the team, helping them to achieve their sales targets and ensuring Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Working alongside the Director of Partner Sales, this role is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, Partner Development Representatives and Partner Success Managers across Xero and WorkflowMax with a focus on Xero payroll, projects and expenses as well as responsibility for our recruitment of new Accounting Partners.

You will be responsible for developing strategic plans with your team that enables the team to achieve their targets as well as overall people management of your team including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of your direct team and also supporting your team to do the same with their direct reports.

What you’ll bring…

You will have at least 3 years sales leadership experience and come with a proven sales performance and drive for results as well as strong tactical selling and sales team leadership skills.

You will be process driven and willing to take ownership with a passion and desire to make a difference and a determination to succeed and crucially experience in all aspects of people management within your team including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team and the ability to develop and manage strategic plans that facilitate your team to achieve its targets.

This role offers a base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus commission.
