  • Import jobs and WIP
    You should invoice out as much WIP as possible in your old system before migrating across to Practice Manager. If you still have unbilled WIP, then you can prepare CSV files to import jobs and WIP balances.
  • Create recurring jobs
    If you have jobs that repeat on a regular basis, such as monthly financial services, we recommend that you create recurring jobs. These jobs will be created automatically according to the intervals you specify. It ensures that you always have relevant jobs open and ready for your clients, and saves you the time and effort to create them manually.
