Step 1: Staff Settings

Your staff account was created automatically when you created your Practice Manager account. It is important to check that the information is correct, and make any changes if required.

  • Your staff account is created with default settings that you need to check.

Tips & Tricks

  • Enter a base rate and billable rate, so you can bill clients according to the time that you will record against jobs.
  • Add a payroll code, KPI settings or contact information, if required.
  • You will have most privileges assigned to your account. Check if you require any additional privileges.
