The Gap + Xero
The Gap connects with Xero, capturing client contact information to produce seamless proposals, minutes, plans and other resources in order to deliver the various Gap value add services.
By default, the contact flagged as the primary contact is synced from XPM to The Gap Portal. If no primary contact is selected in XPM, the first contact alphabetically will sync.
It’s easy, pushing the sync button in The Gap Portal will redirect you to your Xero Practice Manager login screen. After entering your XPM credentials you’ll be asked to authorise The Gap before being redirected back to The Gap Portal. Following this, The Gap Portal syncs automatically with XPM twice daily.
