Start converting your clients to Xero and learn onboarding best practices. During this session, your guides review each step of the conversion process so you know the conversion completed properly and you gain the confidence to convert more clients. Bring a client file you’re ready to convert, ask all your questions about conversion, and leave with a client set up on Xero.

In this session, we'll look at what you need to build to take advantage of new opportunities. We'll answer the big questions about organic growth, mergers and acquisitions as well as employee and family ownership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are commonly-used quantifiable metrics that evaluate overall business performance. Adding KPIs to your advisory services is a great way to build trust and strengthen client relationships. By the end of this course, you'll determine how to use KPIs to establish a baseline for your clients, set business goals, create action plans and measure progress.

In this workshop you’ll learn a step-by-step process to create and implement a marketing plan to grow your practice.
