Business confidence recovers
Business confidence in New Zealand is recovering but short-term economic health remains uncertain. If you can ride out the rough patches, things will pick up and confidence will return – that’s the nature of economic cycles.
More sweat but less revenue
We’re seeing that small businesses are working harder but gaining less traction. Even though the average number of small business customers grew by 6% and the number of invoices issued grew by 7%, revenue generated decreased by 3%.
