Do I have to wear a mask?
Under current government guidance, we don’t require attendees to wear masks. Our Xero team will be wearing masks inside the tiny home – unless they are exempt – and we encourage you to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. We’ll continue to follow government guidance as the Xero Roadshow makes its way around the country.
Do I have to sign in for contact tracing purposes?

Do I have to be vaccinated?
No, there is currently no requirement to present a vaccine certificate at the tiny home or our events. We’ll continue to follow government guidance as the Xero Roadshow makes its way around the country.
What are the tiny home opening hours?
The tiny home is open from 9 am to 4.30 pm daily with education sessions running between 11 am and 1 pm.
Do I need to book to visit the tiny home?
No, just drop in to have a chat with the Xero team throughout the day. If you’re attending an education session, we do suggest arriving five minutes early so we can sign you in.

Who can come to the tiny home?
Our tiny home is open to everyone who wants to learn more about Xero, especially small business owners and our accounting and bookkeeping community.
What will I get out of visiting the tiny home?
We hope that visiting the tiny home will help you on your journey as a small business owner and give you the opportunity to connect with Xero staff, face to face. It’s also a great opportunity to find out how to get the most out of Xero, ask burning questions at our Ask Me Anything desk, and be in to win some awesome spot prizes.
When and where can I find the tiny home?
Our tiny home is visiting 28 locations across New Zealand. The first stop is on 20 June 2022 in Auckland and our final stop is in the Waikato at the end of November 2022. Find a full list of locations and dates here.
How much does this cost?
It's completely free to visit the tiny home and attend our education sessions.
Do I need to be a Xero customer to attend?
No, everyone is welcome to come along to our education sessions, visit the tiny home and ask questions whether they’re a Xero customer or not.
What time should I arrive for the education sessions?
Please arrive five minutes before your education session begins so we can sign you in. If you’re just dropping in to visit the tiny home, our opening hours are from 9 am to 4.30 pm, and you can pop in at any time.
Can I attend more than one education session?
Absolutely. You can attend as many sessions as you’d like.
Can I bring a friend with me to the education sessions?
Yes, but as space on site is limited we suggest you arrive a little earlier for the session you’re interested in to make sure you get a spot.
Will there be a virtual event?
While you won’t be able to visit the tiny home online, we will make select content from our education sessions available on Xero Central once Xero Roadshow has concluded. Please ask us at the tiny home if you’re unsure how to access it.
Can I register to attend the small business evening if I’m not a Xero customer?
The small business evening event is for Xero customers only, however it’s easy to become a Xero customer. Simply sign up for a free trial today.
I have registered for an event but the location isn’t available yet - when will I receive this?
