Xero Promotional Terms and Conditions for Gold & Platinum

  1. This promotion is run on behalf of Xero (NZ) Limited (NZ company number 4123758) with its registered office at 19-23 Taranaki Street, Wellington 6011, New Zealand (Xero), and is open from 9.00am 1 March 2018 to 5.00pm 31 March 2018 (the Promotion Period). Xero may, at its sole discretion, extend the Promotion Period.

  2. Gold and platinum partners receive one entry into the draw by signing up five or more Xero Cashbook or Business Edition subscriptions (with the promotional code BYEFY18) during the Promotional Period and hold those Xero subscriptions on the day the competition winner is drawn (i.e. they must not have been deleted). A valid entry is five Business Edition or Cashbook subscriptions.

  3. This promotion is open to (a) New Zealand Xero partners only; and (b) only for businesses registered in New Zealand.This promotion is open to Xero New Zealand partners only.

  4. Xero’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion (including eligibility of entries and the operation of the prize draw) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. One practice (winner) will be selected at random from the pool of entrants.  

  6. The winner will receive NZD$5,000 towards their end of financial year celebration. The prize will be drawn at 12.30pm on 4 April 2018, and the winner will be contacted by Xero, and will receive their prize, during April 2018. Prizes are not transferable. The cash prize must not be used to purchase any prohibited goods, as set out in the Gambling Act 2003, including liquor or tobacco products.

  7. Xero employees are not eligible to enter the draw.

  8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xero and its affiliated companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion.

  9. Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use the winning entrant’s name, business and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation to the winner.
