Practice App of the Year
With growth of over 1000% in the last year alone, and connected entities all over the world, financial reporting app Syft Analytics continues to be not just an incredible South African success story but a global one, winning both South Africa App Partner of the Year and UK Practice App of the Year at this year’s awards.
“Syft has seen continued growth across all Xero regions with Xero partners, but particularly in the UK,” said Edward Berks, EGM, Xero Global Financial Services Partnerships. “They remain an agile and approachable team, but don’t hold back when it comes to investing in their product and leveraging Xero’s suite of developer tools.”
In the past year they have accelerated efforts to assist Xero practices to improve profitability, deliver impact and save time. “Since joining the Xero marketplace in 2018 Syft have continuously developed their product to service their target market,” said Colin Timmis, Country Manager, Xero South Africa.
The platform is always evolving to meet client needs, and this past year brought up specific challenges that required a rapid response. With many of their partners’ clients applying for financial assistance and government support schemes, Syft created a ‘Funding Pack’ to allow businesses to generate a report containing the required information with one click of a button. The firm also launched their Syft Certified Advisor Programme to empower accountants and bookkeepers to help clients use financial reporting to improve their business. “Having invested time and effort to build their following in South Africa and abroad, by supporting Roadshows and Xerocon, this proudly South African company is now well positioned to accelerate their growth in other markets with their value focused analytics and reporting tool,” said Timmis.
