About the role
In this role you will be leading the transformation of Xero’s Enterprise Accounts to grow our year of year volume. We are seeking a leader who can strategically transform our approach and results. We believe our Enterprise accounts represent the potential for ongoing increased value creation.
As the successful leader you will be managing the continually growing Enterprise Accounts team to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. You will consistently achieve growth targets and materially improve our historical run rate in both profit and growth within this segment of our Partner Sales channel. You will also build processes and tools to execute the long term strategy of the Enterprise accounts team.
As the Head of Enterprise Accounts you will be an experienced sales leader who knows how to redefine your Go To Market strategy within a complex sales environment. You will know how to open doors and maximise our sales share within existing accounts. You will have exceptional leadership skills and will define, build and grow our Enterprise Sales team across Australia. You will be a master collaborator and will positively impact internally and externally, making critical impact on Xero’s Partner Product road map. You will also be one of Xero’s key sales leaders and demonstrate your leadership experience as a member of the Sales Leadership Team. Finally you will lead the transformation of Xero’s Enterprise Sales function to become a strategic, high value contributor that sets and exceeds stretch targets.
What you’ll bring
To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in leading, coaching and motivating a high commercial value team alongside:
- Experience in business development and long term value creation
- Strong sales management experience, proven sales performance and demonstrated experience setting and exceeding stretch targets
- Working knowledge of enterprise accounts including awareness of key value drivers
- An enthusiasm for building strong relationships and an ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
- A passion for making your team amazing
- A proven capability in enterprise sales with varied industry knowledge and networks
- Extensive market knowledge in current practice and SME software competitor platforms and previous work experience as an accountant, manager or leader within an enterprise account is also desirable
- A CA/CPA Qualification
