To earn and retain practice points for Xero Projects, at least one user must be actively using Projects by adding projects, logging costs or time, or invoicing for projects, for example. If no-one uses Xero Projects for 31 days, the practice points are removed.
To earn points for clients who use Expenses, you or the client needs to be paying for their Xero subscription. Organisations that use Expenses for free do not earn points.

To earn points for clients using WorkflowMax, the WFM organisation must be linked to a Xero Business Edition organisation, and you must have financial advisor rights in the Xero organisation. The client must be active by logging into WorkflowMax at least once during the month. Points for WorkflowMax are updated once a month.
