Buildertrend + Xero
Buildertrend integrates with Xero by connecting your projects within Buildertrend to your customers in Xero. The purpose of this integration is to alleviate double entry in both systems. Once connected, you can link your subcontractor and inventory items to accurately sync expenses incurred and track project costs. Lastly, you can automatically generate customer invoices and approved change orders and have them sync directly into your Xero account.
First, log into your Buildertrend account. Once in Buildertrend, go to the set up page and find the accounting sub tab. This will display a "Connect to Xero" option. Select the Xero option, follow the prompts and you will successfully connect to Xero.
