SuiteFiles + Xero
SuiteFiles integrates with Xero to make it easier to manage your client files across the two systems. SuiteFiles syncs your client folders and files from the Xero Practice Manager documents tab and allows you to complete other folder actions from XPM, such as archiving a client and client folder simultaneously. You can also pull client data out of Xero to prepopulate file and email templates stored in SuiteFiles. Finally, when you complete actions in SuiteFiles, notifications will appear in Xero HQ.

Generate a new file based on a template, and prepopulate custom fields with client data from Xero.

Request a signature from a client.

Verify the signature by sending the signer an SMS message – their contact details are automatically pulled from Xero.

Once the signer responds to the text, the signature is added to the document.

A notification displays in Xero HQ once the document has been signed.
