Venues and parking
Self-parking is available for $24 per day or valet parking for $32 per day. There is also metered street parking, and public pay parking at the Prospera Arena across the street.
Andaz only has valet parking available at $25 per day. Self-parking is available on the Byward Market or at the Rideau Centre Shopping Mall, which has a six-story parking garage.
All parking is on the property of The Forks North Portage (FNP). For your convenience, you may register your license plate with the Front Desk for complimentary parking. This allows you to park in the parkade, and behind the hotel for the scheduled time of the meeting at no charge. This complimentary parking does not include metered parking spots or the parking lot directly beside The Forks Market.

What should I bring?
Just yourself. But if you'd like to take notes, we'll have notebooks and pens at the event. We will also provide a continental breakfast and buffet lunch.
Can I receive CPD credits for attending?
You will receive 5 credits. Certificates will be sent to the email address used to register four to six weeks after the event.
I want to attend but there isn't an event near me, what can I do?
If you're an existing Xero partner, please contact your account manager for details on how to receive the content being presented. If you're not a current Xero partner, please look for additional Roadshow dates and locations in the future.
Can I still attend if I am not a Xero partner?
Yes. Roadshow is open to both partners and individuals looking to learn more about Xero and network with local accounting professionals.
What if I am unable to attend the entire event?
We encourage attendees to remain for the entire event to enjoy all the content. If you need to leave early, please wait until a session breaks so as to not disturb other attendees.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available at the event.
Can other members from my firm join me?
Yes, we encourage your entire firm to register and join us. If you have a last-minute addition, they can be registered at the event day of.
Is this a good event to attend if I'm a small business owner?
This event is geared primarily for accountants and bookkeepers, so a small business owner may not find much helpful content. Small business owners can start a free 30-day trial and speak to a Xero Small Business Specialist to learn more about the tools available to you.
