Xero offer for CIBC Customers

Terms & Conditions

 

May 13–December 31, 2019 | Business Edition offer | 25% off for 4 months

 

This offer is valid only for new Canada-based, CIBC customers who sign up for a new Xero subscription between May 13th, 2019 through December 31st, 2019 at 11:59pm PST (the “Promotion Period”) and subject to the following terms and conditions:  

  • Only available for new subscriptions to Business Editions of Xero’s online accounting software product purchased during the Promotion Period.  

  • New subscriptions to Business Edition will be twenty-five percent (25%) off of the then-current list price (prices are in USD) for the first four (4) months of your subscription. After the Promotion Period, the fee will revert to Xero’s then-current list price. Xero reserves the right to change our list price, charges and billing terms at any time in our sole discretion.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be used for your existing paid subscriptions or be combined with any other offers.

  • This offer is valid only for businesses based in Canada that are also CIBC SmartBanking™ customers.

  • Use of the Xero Services are subject to the terms of use and privacy policy.

  • Terms, pricing, features and support subject to change by Xero at any time without notice.

 

Auto-renewal

Your Xero subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and your card will be automatically charged. After the first four months of this offer, the then-current fees for the Business Edition subscription and any other service(s) you’ve selected will be applied  on a recurring basis until you cancel or delete your Xero subscription.

 

Cancellation

To cancel your Xero subscription, you must provide one month's notice. You can do so by going into the My Xero tab in your account. (Go to Xero Central for more information about cancelling a subscription or to get in touch). If you cancel your Xero subscription, you will still be charged for the notice period.

 

Free trials

If you have elected to buy a paid subscription, you are not eligible for a free trial. If you have elected a free trial subscription, your trial will expire after 30 days, or earlier if you elect to buy a subscription before then.

To continue using Xero after your free trial expires, you will need to purchase a subscription and enter your credit card information in Xero for processing. Features in the free trial edition are limited.
