Damon Anderson is Director, Partner at Xero Europe, Middle East & Africa. In this role, Damon charts the strategic, marketing and product priorities for Xero's accountants and bookkeepers. He is passionate about delivering beautiful products that improves the lives of businesses.
Damon is an international leader in fintech with over 15 years experience in delivering cutting-edge digital marketing and payments technology. He has held senior commercial, product and marketing roles at American Express, Visa Europe. Prior to Xero he rose to Global Head of Product at FTSE100 global payments processor, Worldpay.
Damon loves sports, new technologies, science and business. A native New Zealander and University of Otago alumni, he now lives in Buckinghamshire, UK with his wife and two young daughters.
