For the third year in a row, Xero has come out on top, with Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customer Award for small business accounting software.
Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings business aimed at helping consumers make better purchasing decisions. Canstar’s annual survey engages hundreds of small business owners across New Zealand to provide a benchmark of quality for accounting softwares.
To decide which accounting software providers offers the best level of customer satisfaction, each was rated across the following categories:
- customer service
- ease of integration
- ease of use
- value for money
This year’s respondents gave Xero top marks across all categories, except for value for money, for which we earned a respectable four stars.
Jose George, General Manager of Canstar, says Xero’s win was emphatic. Our sweep of five-star ratings showed real appreciation from our customers.
