On behalf of all of us at Xero we wish you a safe and peaceful holiday season.

2020 tested us in more ways than we expected or ever imagined.

As we all continue to cope with the impacts of COVID-19, we also reflect on how this pandemic has connected us in new ways and allowed us to have a much needed and open conversation about our wellbeing and that of those around us.

We are inspired and grateful for the Xero community of people who are resilient, and continue to demonstrate the passion and determination that drives small businesses all over the world. Thank you for your ongoing support of Xero.

We will continue to share, collaborate and create products and tools that make life better for people in small business and their advisors.

In need of assistance?

The holiday season can be one of the busiest times of the year for small businesses and for many of you taking a break is not an option right now. Xero will be open throughout the holiday period and people in every location are available to help you 24/7 should you require assistance.

You can get help from our dedicated support team here or you can find answers here to some of the most frequently asked questions.

If you get a shiny new smartphone over the holidays – keep your Xero account secure by setting up two-step authentication.

And don’t forget, if you have any last minute gifts you need to buy, shopping locally could bring some well needed holiday cheer to small businesses in your community.

Happy holidays from all of us at Xero and we look forward to seeing and connecting with you again in 2021.
