Document Packs goes global

Organising your clients’ documents and getting them signed probably takes a lot more time than you’d like it to.

In the Next generation practice: Your workflow enhancements episode of Xero On Air, we showed you how the new Document Packs feature in Xero HQ will reduce the amount of time you spend chasing clients. It will also give you one secure place for collecting and sharing documents.

Document Packs lets you collate everything from engagement letters to year-end financial reports, so you can get them e-signed by your clients.

You can add the people who need to sign a document into a PDF, then ask them to visit a secure portal and sign the documents. No printing or scanning required. Clients can sign right on the screen with Xero Sign, powered by Adobe Sign.

We trialled Document Packs with Xero Tax customers in Australia, and they said it’s an absolute game changer for accountants and bookkeepers. It’s a great tool for people who prepare documents and letters for clients, as well as practice managers and directors who need to review and sign things.

We’re working to add even more Documents Packs features for you. Before they’re available to all Xero partners, early access could be given to partners who sign up to be a next gen practice insider.

As an Insider, you’ll be among the first to try the new tools we’re developing and have the opportunity to provide feedback to our teams. Sign up now and we’ll be in contact.
