I cannot find the Payroll option on my Xero HQ

Hi Xero – just logged a case enquiring why can’t I see all clients only to be told that Xero HQ is in Pilot! Hmm that’s a little confusing as my Rep & fb official page doesn’t mention this & i cannot log a call thru Xero, I need to send a separate email.

Q. Will there be a way of removing old Unfiled pay runs from the alerts in Xero HQ Payroll? Eg early or unscheduled pay runs that were added but never filed.

I have just updated the payroll HQ and now have old payroll listed as needing attention. How do we get rid of these?
