We’ve just announced at the Xero Roadshows in Australia that accountants and bookkeepers will soon have a new payroll tool in Xero HQ. It’s going to be the central place for you to manage all your payroll work.
Xero HQ Payroll gives you an aerial view of all your clients who use Xero Payroll. It’s a new level of visibility and detail that will help you prioritise work and have more time to help clients instead of hunting for information.
The payroll details you need – all in one place
Payroll details and required actions are easy to see and scan so you can be sure nothing gets missed. You’ll help clients stay compliant and you’ll save time with visibility of:
- STP detail – see which clients aren’t yet set up for STP, and the filing status of those who are.
- Employee detail – see key milestones such as employee anniversaries and birthdays at a glance so you can make any necessary adjustments to pay rates, leave allowances, super or bonuses.
- Timesheets – see an overview of approved timesheets and those that need to be actioned.
- Leave – see an overview of approved leave requests and those that need actioning.
You’ll be able to easily organise and filter views, track out-of-the-ordinary details, and click through directly to the client’s Xero Payroll organisation. You can also choose how to best view and use this information – either on-screen or exported as a CSV file.
