A deeper integration with Xero

Soldo launched the most comprehensive expense app integration with Xero, connecting to both their automatic bank feed and accounting APIs. Soldo is the first ever expense app to connect to a Xero bank feed, and now delivers everything needed for simple expense reconciliation on Xero through a seamless integration that includes:

Easy expense sharing

Soldo connects to the Xero accounting API, so businesses can validate and transfer expense information to Xero (including receipts, notes, spending categories and more) in one click.

Billable expenses

Soldo automatically syncs with Xero contacts, allowing users to attribute billable expenses to clients. After validation, each billable expense is visible in Xero so, when it comes to invoicing, businesses never end up out of pocket on a project.

Tracking codes

Soldo pulls in Xero tracking codes, so it’s simple for employees to attribute Xero tracking codes to transactions, reducing compliance headaches for advisors.

Chart of accounts VAT

Soldo pulls in the relevant VAT rates from the Xero chart of accounts, meaning records are accurate, finance teams and accountants save time, and businesses miss fewer claims.

Automatic bank feeds

Soldo automatically syncs any transactions with Xero daily. For the first time ever, businesses and their advisors get an up-to-date view of spending in Xero, completing the cash flow picture.
