Bringing your whole self to work isn’t always easy, especially when you are part of a minority such as the LGBTIQ+ community. Xero is always looking for new ways to support our people and create a culture of diversity and inclusion. We believe that for people to do the best work of their lives, they need to feel comfortable, supported and safe. We are thrilled to be formally recognised for the safe and inclusive environment we create for the LGBTIQ+ community at Xero NZ with the Rainbow Tick. Xero is already member of local organisations supporting LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion, Stonewall UK and Pride in Diversity in Australia.
The Rainbow Tick recognises Xero values, our inclusive culture and provides guidance and resources for us to continue to create inclusivity at Xero. This accreditation has been driven by the Diversity and Inclusion group at Xero, who work to drive our D&I initiatives.
