That’s why we’re excited to announce today our partnership with Google Cloud for the launch of Hangouts Chat. Chat is an intelligent and secure collaboration tool in G Suite built to bring teams together. We’re releasing a Hangouts Chat bot for Xero HQ to make communications more efficient for accountants and bookkeepers and their clients.

Ask is an accountant’s assistant in Xero HQ for managing client queries. Our new chat bot for Xero HQ offers commands that enable accountants to access and manage Ask queries straight from the new Chat platform.

Hi Trinity
if you type @XeroHQ help in the chat box the bot will guide you through the integration process. It was really simple when i set it up.
