A new way to work
Leading the charge is Xero HQ. One of our core objectives is helping your practice grow. With Xero HQ, we’re equipping our partners with tools to better manage clients, unlock insights and provide more advisory level services. Feedback from our partners shows features such as the client list, explorer and the activity feed are changing the way they work for the better.
Promote your practice to thousands of potential clients
The new advisor directory is up and running. It highlights our partners to the more than 20,000+ people globally each month who are searching for the right advisor. By updating your profile to show your industry expertise, you make it easier for the right potential clients to find you.
Small businesses can also use the new Xero chatbot to help them find an advisor. Our chatbot, which integrates directly with Facebook Messenger, makes searching the advisors directory easy. For our partners, it’s a new way to connect and interact with potential clients who are using social media.

Giving staff choice in the way they learn
Not only have we personalized the education experience for our partners, we’re also giving you more choice. We used the best practices of Xero Advisor experts around the world to develop our new curriculum. The new online Certification breaks down real-life, scenario-based content into modules. This allows the user to select those most relevant content for them at all times. Our partners can also list all certified staff on the advisors directory. This gives you another avenue to find new clients. Visit Xero U to get started.
New points to earn a higher status, faster
We introduced new ways for our partners to earn points through Xero business and partner plans. If you’re a partner, you should have received an email from us letting you know your new partner status. In case you missed it, get yourself familiar with how it all works.
Next up for the partner program is the Xero Store. It will make it even easier to claim the new benefits, order Xero merchandise and get other exclusive marketing resources. We’ll let you know more as we get closer to the Xero Store launch.
